Hosting, security, backups and support cost real money every month, whether your site is free or not. That's the only thing you're paying for here, never the design or build. This is our standing Site as a Service package, launched at these rates for the first 30 businesses.
Covers your custom domain (e.g. yourbusiness.co.zm) for 12 months, hosting setup, SSL certificate, and getting your site live. Paid once, in month one, before build starts.
Hosting, security patches, SSL renewal, weekly backups, bug fixes and up to 5 small content updates a month. Billed monthly on your agreed date. See full breakdown below.
Client portal or member login, admin dashboard, enquiry/application forms, automated email notifications, and a programs/services directory with filters. The same tier we build for paying clients at $475.
Big feature requests are quoted separately. New sections, e-commerce, extra portals or anything beyond the original Growth Package scope is scoped and priced on its own. The monthly fee only covers upkeep of what was built.
Source code stays with Nashcraft. Every build is kept in a private, version-controlled repository and managed by us for as long as your maintenance plan is active. You get the live site, we keep it running.
You provide the content. Logo, business details, photos and copy come from you. We handle everything technical.
10–14 day build time once your application is approved and your business details are received, same as any standard Growth Package project.
6-month minimum term. Same as our standing Site as a Service package: a minimum six (6) consecutive Monthly Maintenance Fee payments from your Agreement Date. Full terms are in the signed program agreement.
Late payment policy: monthly maintenance is due on the agreed date each month. If a payment is more than 5 working days late, your site is temporarily suspended (taken offline) until the outstanding balance is settled in full. Full terms are in the signed program agreement.
