EduPath Zambia is an admissions portal built to help prospective students across the SADC region navigate applications to Zambian universities, including UNILUS, Cavendish, UNZA, Eden University, and Levy Mwanawasa. The platform is a five-page build focused on clear, structured information delivery.

What This Demonstrates
A multi-page informational platform with lead-generation intent: structured to walk a regional audience through a real decision process, backed by a live admin system.
Education providers, admissions offices, and training institutes needing to guide prospective students through a structured decision process.
This is the internal dashboard used to run EduPath Zambia day-to-day, built around a live Firestore database and restricted to a single admin account. Since opening it up would mean exposing either real student data or the only admin login, the public demo stays on its sign-in screen. Here's what it does once logged in:
Dashboard & Applications
- Overview with live date/time and summary stats: New Applications, Processed, Docs Pending, Accepted
- All Applications & All Students: full list views with filtering
- Create new applications manually on a student's behalf
- Per-application detail: academic info, next of kin, billing summary
- Status pipeline management, the same 5-stage tracker visible to students
- Document checklist management per application
- Admin notes, written here, visible to the student instantly
Library Management & Access
- Add / edit / delete universities and campuses
- Manage course lists and photo galleries per campus, powers the public University Library page
- Mobile-responsive with a bottom tab bar: Apps, Processed, Dashboard, Students, Library
- Single-admin-account security model, tied to one verified email
- Hidden access route from the Student Portal (triple-click the logo)
